The only flaw I found d was the bathroom in 2101 had a smell like the toilet does not work

Strong smell ( room spray chemical smell) caused allergic symptoms, was not easy to breathe

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Everything about our stay felt smooth and well taken care of.A special mention goes to Yunus at the reception. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us, always with a smile, and made us feel truly welcome. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference in our overall experience.Everything was perfect, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable, pleasant stay. We would happily return again.

The breakfast could use some more variety of options.

The location was good connected to the mall however through outdoor gate .

The service was horrible, it took forever to wait and not receive at the end “ordered coffee capsules “. towels were very used , threads were out .

We cannot let you back in??

Staff are not friendly at all. They will try their best to make it difficult for you. It’s always it’s not the Hotel policy. I was stopped from entering my large bag after they check it and they find a scissor and they say you cannot let it in.Not only that I ask for a simple adapter for my electricity socket and they say you’re only have to buy it very strangeThe people will make you unhappy with the old possible way, not worth the value at allIn fact, I think it is my worst hotel that I ever attended. They have unbelievable negative spirit definitely not Hilton standard.

I liked everything... The location is amazing with access to Mall of Istanbul... The view was amazing... The place was spacious with huge TVs with all channels you may think of.... The internment was super fast... The water pressure was excellent.... The breakfast was amazing with all options that you may think of... The arrangements for our ride back to the airport.. The trip to the airport was around 25 minutes... The balcony was very nice... Amazing experience... I will definitely come back when I visit Istanbul again...

The hotel needs to reconsider its 5-star rating. Room furniture is outdated, pillow covers were damaged and ( worn out), the floor wasn’t properly cleaned, and bed sheets weren’t changed during my 5-day stay - Also, workers were on the roof of the next building with no warning from the hotel, which affecting the privacy,

Not a lot, unfortunately.

Room was not being cleaned, despite mentioning it. So no clean towels. Even mentioned when checking out. Staff did not say anything or tried to make up some how.In general we found the hotel as a caring company was not very accommodating.

I was thoroughly impressed by the reception desk staff, Sean and Ugur. Both staff members were exceptionally, friendly, professional, and efficient. They greeted my family with a warm welcome and handled all check-in procedures smoothly. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist, truly enhanced my stay in the hotel. They are a credit to the hotel. I will definitely be back to the hotel again.

Over price, very dirty , poor room , poor bathroom materials,

The place was good it is near to every thing

They didn’t clean the room every day only arranged the bed also the bathroom, the bed cover and the towel also the curtain was cracked

The staff were very helpfull especially receptionist Hilal.

Everything was terrible !!!!! The hotel is very bad The air condition open and closed by itself i told them they change for me the room and still the same problem the room cleaning it’s very bad!! They have no parking only valet parking with money!!!!! The shower is bad in the first room the water it’s not cold it’s very hot. It’s literally burned me!! The bed is bad everything really i got shocked!!
